My personal massage modalities:

  • Swedish massage.

    This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you.


  • Myofascial Release.

    This massage technique uses slower, less-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries. Usually focused on a specific region or area of the body.


  • Aromatherapy Massage. 

    This modality adds an emotional healing component to the massage. This type of massage can help boost your mood, reduce stress and anxiety, reduce symptoms of depression, and work to relieve muscle pain. Aromatherapy massages combine soft, gentle pressure with the use of essential oils. We will work together to decide which essential oil is best for you. All essential oils are diluted before being applied to the skin. During the massage, you’ll be given a full-body massage while inhaling essential oils through a diffuser and absorbing them through your skin.


  • Reflexology.

    This massage uses firm pressure on specific points on the feet, hands, and ears to achieve relaxation of certain energy lines and vital organs. These very important pressure points send messages to areas in our body, telling them to contract then relax, allowing subtle pathways to be reopened for better internal bodily communication.
